Troutco works with non-profit organizations across the country providing guidance and training in recruiting volunteers, developing volunteer leaders, and managing large-scale community and civic events that benefit our communities. Troutco manages the volunteers for the country's largest celebration of the written word, the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books and has managed volunteers for L.A. Works, HandsOn Inland Empire, the Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon, and United Way of Greater Los Angeles' HomeWalk.
Troutco also trains and provides technical support to volunteer centers and nonprofits across the country for the HandsOn Connect volunteer management platform, a technology originally created by Points of Light, the nation's largest volunteer network dedicated to enabling people to transform their communities, and now managed by Avviato.
